Our rates are going to put a smile back on your face. Our hourly service rate means just that, that we're working for an hour. We charge you in 15 minute increments, so if it doesn't take an hour, you don't pay for an hour. And we are also talking about jobs that should take an hour. If it take us longer than it should (hey, it doesn't happen often!), then we charge you what the job should have taken.
